Payment: All workshops must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your space.
Vouchers: To pay with a Sew Creative voucher online, select “Voucher Payment” and enter your voucher number or email it to us. You may also book via telephone or in-store.
Refunds: Workshop fees are non-refundable unless Sew Creative cancels the session.
Cancellations & Transfers:
- More than 14 days’ notice: You may transfer to another workshop for a £15.00 administration fee, or send a friend in your place at no extra charge (please notify us of the name change).
- Less than 14 days’ notice: Transfers are only permitted if we can fill your space. If filled, a £15.00 admin fee applies.
Cancellations by Sew Creative: We reserve the right to cancel workshops. In this event, you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to another date with no admin fee.

We strive for excellence, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. Our policy is as follows:

Faulty Goods: We offer a full refund (to the original payment method) only on items proven to have a manufacturing fault, provided they are reported within 7 days of receipt.
Non-Faulty Goods (Change of Mind): Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a Credit Note only. This is subject to team discretion and the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in perfect original condition.
- We do not offer cash or card refunds for non-faulty goods.
Cut Fabric: We cannot accept returns or offer credit notes for cut fabric unless it has a proven manufacturing fault, is the incorrect fabric, or was cut to the wrong size.
Return Shipping: Returns are made at the customer’s expense. We recommend a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Prices and availability are subject to change.

Stock Availability: If an item is out of stock, we will offer to re-stock it (notifying you of the delay), suggest a replacement, or cancel the order for a full refund.
Payment: We accept BACS transfers (Acc: 27119460 | Sort: 30-96-61). Orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
Fulfilment: Orders are processed within 3 working days. UK delivery typically takes 5 working days. We are not liable for delays or damage caused by third-party couriers.
Product Representation: Screen settings may cause slight variations in colour. Fabric is cut as a single length unless requested otherwise.
Order Cancellation: You may not cancel an order once fulfilment (including fabric cutting) has begun. If cancelled prior to fulfilment, a refund will be issued minus an admin fee of 10% or £5.00 (whichever is greater).

Membership: One card per customer. Cards are kept in-store.
Earning Points: Earn 1 point for every £10.00 spent in-store (e.g., a £19.99 spend earns 1 point).
Rewards: On your 15th point, you will receive £10.00 off your next purchase.
Exclusions: Points are not awarded on workshops, sewing machines, servicing, or promotional/sale items. Points are only awarded and redeemable in-store.
Data: By joining, you agree to provide your email and receive updates regarding workshops and products. We never share your information with third parties.

Intellectual Property: Material may be downloaded for private use only. Modification or reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Site Uptime: We are not liable if the website is unavailable at any time due to technical issues.
Visitor Conduct: Users may not post material that is discriminatory, defamatory, or contains harmful software (viruses).
Liability: To the extent permitted by UK law, Sew Creative Ltd. is not liable for loss or damage resulting from the use of this website.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
