Sew Saturday and our 1st birthday

We are hoping you will join us on Saturday 17th October.
Be Proud...wear something you have made on one of our workshops or wear something made from our fabric!
We now have a schedule of demo's by our wonderful tutors and staff and even some of our customers! There are events throughout the day along with refreshments, activities, quizzes and games!

Demo's:
10am - Creative Embroidery - Sharon
10.30am - Lino Cutting/Printing - Kathy
11am - Quilt as You Go - special guest Hilary Ayres
12 noon - Rotary Cutting tips and techniques - Sharon
1pm - Pattern Challenge with Clare and Sharon
2pm - Needle Felting techniques - Gavi
2.30pm - Care for your sewing machine - Steven
3pm - More Creative Embroidery! - Sharon
4pm - Kids Fashion Show - NOT TO BE MISSED!!!

We look forward to seeing you and we are also grateful to many of you who have offered to help with serving refreshments - please can you let us know what time you are available so we can schedule in a team?

Please also can you let us know if your child is willing to participate in the fashion parade at 4pm to showcase their talents? if so please arrive by 3.45pm!

Patchwork Posse Group - Wednesday 7th October
If you have previously attended one of our quilting classes you are welcome to join us on the first Wednesday of each month from 10 to 12.30pm, to socialise, sew and share ideas with other like minded quilters!
There is no tuition and therefore no charge for the event if you bring your own machine however If you would like to use our new Elna machines the cost will be £10 for the 2.5 hour session.
There are limited spaces - so please let us know if you would like to attend this Wednesday.

Thurs 15th - Sew Social Craft time - 10 - 12 noon - FREE
Fri 16th - Copy that garment! - 10 - 4.30pm

Our son has been brilliant with most of our design and branding, he is a whizz on the Adobe Suite and is looking for a job as a junior artwork/designer.
