DESCRIPTION:This is the class for you if you have a Brother Scan N Cut machine & perhaps need to gain some new skills or at least learn the basics\, or if you’d like to learn how this machine could enhance your creativity.\nHermione will be introducing some Christmas themed projects to help you get the most out of your machine during the festive season. \nYou will need to bring your Scan N Cut machine to the class along with power lead\, cutting mat and tools. We also recommend bringing a laptop or iPad if you have one.\nWe will help you learn how to get to grips with your machine including: \n\nIntroduction to your Scan N Cut\nChanging settings\nConnecting to  wifi\nAdd shapes\, duplicate and flip and rotate.\nLoading your mat & problem solving\nDifferent cutting blades\nUsing the drawing tool and Universal Pen Holder\nUsing various functions\nSaving shapes and designs\nPractice sessions\n\nThe class size is small so this will allow the tutor to work with your own level of confidence and experience. \nWe have 2 machines available to borrow for anyone who does not currently own a scan n cut machine. \n

SUMMARY:Jointed Mohair Bear - 29th November
DESCRIPTION:Join Nicola from Stonehenge Bears to make a gorgeous traditional jointed mohair bear. \nWith English glass eyes and traditional cotter pin joints your gorgeous bear will be ready to take home at the end of the day. The bear is made with traditional German mohair similar to the bears pictured and a selection of paw pad colours is available to choose from on the day. \nThe bear is sewn mostly by machine although some hand sewing is required. Sewing machines and all other tools are provided. Full instruction and guidance is given but you must be confident using a sewing machine as scant seams are sewn throughout.. \nKits are available to purchase on the day if you wish to make more bears at home. \nNumbers are limited to ensure plenty of individual guidance and support throughout the bear making process. \n\nYou are required to purchase the kits (mohair\, pattern\, stuffing etc) on the day with £35 cash to Nicola.\nThe pattern and full instructions are yours to take away\, so you can make your own memory or heirloom bears at home afterwards.
